Return Refund Policy

At GN Truck & Trailer Supplies, all customers are responsible for reviewing product details, part numbers, fitment, size, specifications, and compatibility before placing an order.

Returns

Returns may only be accepted within 7 days of delivery and must be approved by GN Truck & Trailer Supplies before the item is sent back.

To request a return, customers must email us with their order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused

  • Uninstalled

  • Undamaged

  • In original packaging

  • Complete with all parts, manuals, hardware, and accessories

  • Approved for return before being shipped back

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Installed parts

  • Used parts

  • Used tools

  • Electrical parts

  • Special-order items

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Opened items

  • Damaged items

  • Items missing original packaging

  • Items missing hardware, manuals, or accessories

  • Parts ordered incorrectly by the customer

  • Tools ordered in the wrong size or specification

  • Items damaged due to improper installation, use, handling, or storage

Fitment and Product Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for confirming fitment, part number, size, tool specifications, and product compatibility before ordering.

If you are unsure whether a product is correct, contact us before placing the order.

GN Truck & Trailer Supplies is not responsible for incorrect orders caused by customer error, incorrect part numbers, wrong fitment, wrong size, or failure to review product details before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

Claims made after 24 hours may not be accepted.

Refunds

Approved returns will be inspected before any refund is issued. If the item is not in approved return condition, the refund may be denied.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by GN Truck & Trailer Supplies or our supplier.

A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to approved returns.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our mistake.

GN Truck & Trailer Supplies is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Customers should use a trackable shipping service.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if they have not been processed, ordered from the supplier, or shipped.

Once an order has been processed, submitted to the supplier, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
